A VERY BIG SPECIAL WightSAR THANK YOU to the very humble Lady from Sandown - you know who you are.
We really were left speechless at the weekend when this lady presented us with a very unexpected cheque for £846.45.
Every year at Christmas, this lady makes a donation to a local Isle of Wight Charity from the proceeds of her hard work throughout the year.
On Saturday we heard that local charity was us!
Thank you so much from the whole WightSAR team. You really are a very special person.
We will put every penny to good use to help us save lives across the Isle of Wight.
